In 2024, Blue Frog partnered with Incite to manage their market entry into Singapore. This commenced with an analysis of the local breakfast cereal category across relevant grocery channels, including helping Blue Frog understand on-shelf competitors, pricing structures, target grocery channels and the investment required to list in those channels.

The next step was to work through an engagement process with high potential Importers and Distributors in Singapore to partner Blue Frog with the Distributor that was best aligned to deliver on Blue Frog’s ambitions for the Singapore market and had the right experience and capability to lay a strong foundation for future growth in this important export market.
